“I went into Lowe’s today at about 1:30, my husband sent me to buy a battery pack chainsaw. As soon as I walked in an employee whose name tag said Shawn, asked if he could help me, I asked him to point me in the direction of the chainsaws. He said sure I’ll take you there. Which he did He asked me questions about which one I was interested in. Well I didn’t know it but they come in different sizes and blades. He helped me make the right choice, according to my husband. I went to self checkout and was out of the store in less than 20 minutes. I was very happy. Thanks Shawn.”
