Paid 30 bucks to get everything transferred, guy helping us sent us out with the phone updating no wifi nothing transferred had to call customer service to get something's transferred it was not a good experience. Also guy working with us said he wasn't very technical aware

I chose this location because I'm not sure exactly where the customer was located. I called to inform Verizon that my brother had passed away. I wanted to end his service. They were extremely helpful and compassionate. I spoke with Erica and she was beyond amazing!
