No, you need an air filter or cabin filter replaced, when you just replaced it yourself a month ago. If you car is out of warranty, take it here...the dealer is just an upsell.”

“Ben Hamilton sold me a vehicle several years ago. Every single Christmas he sends me a Christmas card. When I went to shop for a new vehicle this time, I had stopped at 3 previous places. I live in Cabot and we just stopped along the way to our ultimate stop, Russell Chevrolet. “I needed front and rear wiper blades for my car and, coincidentally, a battery for my riding lawnmower. I called about the wiper blades and Kathy informed me that she had what I needed.After hanging up, I remembered that I wanted to also buy the mower battery at the same place as the wiper blades, if possible, so I called right back to ask if the store happens to also carry riding mower batteries and was told by Kathy that they did.I stopped for both purchases at the NLR store and, when it was my turn, Kathy helped with all purchases. She chose the brand of wiper blades that I had already seen on-line were a good quality.As I was picking up the three blades and my battery off the counter, Kathy asked if the car (for which I bought the blades) was outside. I said, yes, and she asked the man behind the counter if he would help me. I will have help installing the blades this Saturday and told her so, thanked them and left.I recommend this North Little Rock Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts store.”
