“I rent 2 UNITS fr them and they (BRAD) puts up with ALOT fr me but NOT EVER INTENTIAL! THE grounds are VERY WELL KEPT. ONLY DRAW BACK is the OWNER FRED is a GROUCH ! But dealing with Brad makes up the difference! And he's a LOOKER LADIES!!! HI Brad ! And there's NO DUMPSTERS that's the ONLY thing really dis-appointing . Hope I don't get kicked out for putting my HONEST OPINION on here! Oh well! It is what it is !”
