“Ronnie, the night shift manager, is SO helpful and kind. I was having an issue with one of my propane tanks, and he knew exactly what the problem was and told me what to do. He was just full of excellent customer service. I frequently go to another store, but now I will get all of my supplies here. Also, the store and restrooms are very clean, unlike at their nearest competitor in Fort Smith where I have actually seen mice!”

“Darragh Ft Smith is the most helpful company in town for tools and supplies. They are very knowledgeable and quick to respond. You just have to make one phone call to them, unlike other companies that you have to stay on them to get what you need. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you haven’t tried them, I highly recommend that you give them a shot.”
“This is a family owned store that has several area locations - of which I think this is the newest. They carry building supplies and all you need for neighborhood projects to big building projects, The folks are friendly and the prices are pretty good actually! They are community minded and do a lot to serve the underprivileged in the area. I appreciate their business and the way they do business!”
“Home Depot would get five stars if they ever had enough employees to be able to assist you in finding things in their store. I did have a pleasant experience this week though. Andrea at the front desk was very helpful because I was there to pick up an item with a business card that did not have my name on it and she did allow me to contact the owner and get approval to release the jackhammer to me so that was very helpful because the owner is based out of Tennessee and I'm in Fort Smith, Arkansas so that was not going to work. But it got resolved and I got my jackhammer and everything worked out just fine with her help.”
