“Ronnie, the night shift manager, is SO helpful and kind. I was having an issue with one of my propane tanks, and he knew exactly what the problem was and told me what to do. He was just full of excellent customer service. I frequently go to another store, but now I will get all of my supplies here. Also, the store and restrooms are very clean, unlike at their nearest competitor in Fort Smith where I have actually seen mice!”
“Darragh Ft Smith is the most helpful company in town for tools and supplies. They are very knowledgeable and quick to respond. You just have to make one phone call to them, unlike other companies that you have to stay on them to get what you need. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you haven’t tried them, I highly recommend that you give them a shot.”

Needed help and was sent to the pro area, I told her I wouldn't get help there, I have tried 3 times beforethru the year, but if you put pro in front of a person's name, you better look like you could afford to get their help. Of course I gave up and bought what I had but went elsewhere for anything else. I will still shop there but asking for help you need to look like you can afford it.”
