“I want to give Alea a shout out for such good customer service this morning at the Hot Springs Village Walmart Pharmacy! I was very frustrated last night when I found out my order was $188 for 2 prescriptions when I normally paid $39! He did change companies on the one which brought it down from $88 to $9 (which is ridiculous) but argued that the one had previously always been done wrong and had been incorrectly charged $30 when it should have been charged $99+! I finally told him I didn’t want it! This morning I took in my empty box in and explained to Alea what happened. She said...come down here and let’s take a look to see how it was rang up previously. She noticed right away it was ran thru insurance incorrectly last night and they were rejecting it, making me pay the high amount! I walked out paying $39 instead of $188! Big difference!! Thank you Alea!!”
