“I've used this pharmacy for years now and even though we moved to Pearcy, Ar I continue to use this pharmacy ALL because of ONE magnificent employee who goes above and beyond for every single customer.
Ms. Michelle is absolutely one in a million. She is the perfect role model for how a customer service representative in a pharmacy should be and it's clear to see how much she TRULY cares about her customers and their health/ well being.

“Amazing! Everything about them is wonderful,and they are able to get one of my meds that has been notoriously hard to get. They manage to have it every month without fail. They are the 8th area pharmacy I've been to because I keep having to switch because the pharmacy is unable to get that one medication consistently or at all. Smith drug is awesome!”
“Downsides: The layout to pull up to the pumps is a mess. There are too few pumps, and half the ones there are not accessible enough due to the cramped layout. The equipment at the pumps also seems a bit dated.
Upsides: Lowest price when I checked area gas prices on my GasBuddy app. I’m a value shopper. It was worth it to me to have a short wait to save a little money. That said, if you don’t have time to wait a little, you may want to consider buying gasoline elsewhere.
My Sam’s Club gas station back home has about four times as many pumps and a much larger area for cars to more easily navigate.”

“Great team! I’ve been in marketing industry for over a decade working with mostly cell phone companies and I had an issue with my AT&T business account. They helped me greatly with many promotions on my new account by porting over my phone numbers and a crediting Sam Club gift cards. They’re the only corporate store in hot springs, they wave all activation fees and know what they’re doing! Would recommend 8 days a week switching to T-Mobile from any carrier with their team??”
“Always fills my Rx’s fast, no matter if it was sent in from a Dr. or if I have a handwritten copy. Smiling faces and very friendly, can’t say this enough, they always make me feel welcome. If there is something they don’t have, they will order it and have it ready by noon the next day. I am so happy that I switched over from the big grocery store I used to go to. I’m so much happier and appreciated here.”

“This is my Kroger so everybody else stay away. Ha ha just kidding. Every time I go there I get excellent service from the help at the register or in the aisle or at the pharmacy. I’ve only been in Hot Springs for six years but for six years, I’ve been using this Kroger for everything. Check it out next time you are out for groceries. The people who work here are extremely helpful. All you have to do is ask.”

“Susie in the pharmacy on E. Grand in Hot Springs AR. went above and beyond for me today and my father. The medicine prescribed to him was over $800, she used the Walgreens app to find it for $246, that was great. However she did not stop there. The medicine was generic and she found out his insurance would pay most of the cost of the name brand. The cost went down to only $47! Thank you again Susie great customer service.”

“This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to hands down! I have been going here for almost 5 years. They have always been so kind, personable, and are always happy to help. I recently called because I had taken some cold medicine and I had forgotten that I had taken a dose of Tylenol several hours before. I called them and had to hang up. They called me right back and made sure I was okay. Wow! So thankful!”

The people are great but without proper communication, the assistance they provide is very limited, as of anywhere! Easy parking, clean environment, restrooms, and a discount shelf is a plus+.”

“Moved here last May and started at Walgreen's, the wait and prices were ridiculous. I switch to this pharmacy and they are all nice and helpful and the wait times are not long at all! Will definitely stay with this pharmacy! Never had an issue with good rx either!”
