Motel 6 in Hot Springs is a great place to stay on a budget, offering a safe area and a great price. The staff is nice, friendly, and extremely nice, with prompt maintenance. The rooms are clean, well stocked, very spacious, and looked newly remodeled, with no carpeting to hold hair and odors. It is pet friendly with no size limits, and no disturbances are heard. The location is close to the lake with beautiful scenery and has outdoor grills. Rooms include a refrigerator, microwave, free WiFi, and even a balcony. It is definitely not high end and has no thrills, with no breakfast served. Some notes mention the bedding was okay, the bed was uncomfortable but also comfy, the TV was very small or a little hard to control, the shower/tub was a bit wonky, and there is no hair dryer. Overall, it is worth it, safe, and guests report being happily surprised.
I will be staying here again as long as it’s the same people who own it and take care of it. Worth it, it’s safe. And great price! The floors / bedding was okay. But everything else GREAT!! Thank you

Clean room, safe area. No thrills just a room. Close to the lake. Had outdoor grills and was able to grill some burgers. No breakfast served. Bed was uncomfortable. Tv was very small, but was able to watch the basketball game.
