“I had my Excursion towed to this garage based on recommendations from friends of mine. I had been going to another local garage and every time I took it there for a repair...something else would break as soon as I got it back. So when it broke down this time...I decided to try Abbotts. The man I talked to checked it out in a timely manner and found it was only a loose wire which he quickly fixed. And most amazingly...he didn't charge me a dime which earned my trust! This showed me his honesty and sure made my day after having to previously pay so much at the other garage! This will be my new garage!”

Also like that we can tell them what type of car we are looking for and they work to make it happen. “I had nothing but a great experience here! I got two new tires last week and they let me know that my brake pads needed to be replaced (which they did because they’ve been squealing for a long time now) so I made an appointment and came back today and they replaced my brake pads. Such a great job all around by everyone! The customer service was amazing too, everyone was so friendly! The gentleman I worked with (I believe he said his name was Will, I’m so sorry if I got your name wrong, I’m so terrible at remembering names ??) was super friendly and helpful! Didn’t have to wait longer than expected either. Highly recommend this location!”

“My air on my vehicle had gone out while I was traveling out if town. I had already gotten it looked at while out of town and was told the compressor was bad and I would need a new one to the tune of 900.00 dollars

Once I had got back home (Jacksonville) - I wanted a second opinion and took it to West Main Auto Repair where it was discovered that the vehicle just needed Freon. Very honest and dependable mechanic shop. They've worked on my vehicles in the past and have always been honest and efficient.”
