“I'm in error. Last week, I posted a not so kind review condeming LS Automotive for the work they petformed on my Honda Ridgeline. Yes my engine was ruined due to a mechanic's error. I'm a retired contractor from California and Yes errors due happen. In my 30+ years mistakes were made. Stand by them and make it/ them right. Well they called within that day with this unfortunate information and promised a replacement with a remanufactured motor with a 5 year unlimited miles warranty. I read up on a remanufactured engine and was convinced that this was the direction to go . I have driven this Ridgeline since and I can tell you that it drives and runs just as advertized. Given this, I was wrong in my intial review. LS Automotive stood by their work and promise.Jim”

“My husband and I have been looking at 3rd row SUVs for a bit, and we now have a 3rd baby on the way so we needed a bigger vehicle. My husband talked to the dealership and was very adamant about not buying only test driving, and we wanted to see what my trade in value was. The first car we drove was beautiful, but a little out of budget. In no way were we pressured to buy, or do anything other then test drive and get numbers. Our salesman Doug, recommended us to look at a lesser trim but still comparable to the higher trim we loved.Once we looked at the numbers for a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L, they worked it to get to a price point we were happy with, and in a SUV we love.
