“I always drive out to Weber Auto even though it's 20 mins away. Even paid extra to get my car towed there once. They do right by you which can be hard to find in mechanics. Reasonable prices and very communicative. Will fully tell you if there's something they don't do (the only thing so far I've found is when I needed my entire AC replaced). Small business vibes but you can tell each worker has a lot of experience. They're nice to me even though I have no idea what I'm doing. Usually I talk to them on the phone about whatever issue before I bring it and they tell me the top things they think it might be and whether it would likely be an all day thing or not. They have kept my 20 year old car running all these years!! Today a redhead lady helped me and was so sweet. Weber himself is great too. I've been to a couple other shops but it's just not the same, and they upcharge for crazy stuff.”

“This was the second oil change and tire rotation service on my K4. Everything was free due to the maintenance plan purchased. The wait area was nice with coffee, water, popcorn, a variety of snacks, and ample charging capabilities. I was greeted with a friendly smile and I felt extremely comfortable while I waited. Thirty minutes into the appointment a video of the progress of my service was sent through text. I look forward to my next service appointment.”
