Very friendly and helpful, was done by the date we were told when we originally called. Even though it couldn’t be fixed, he was still very helpful and friendly! “Contrary to what is said on Google, the village shell is not open 24 hours. They are however very friendly, very nice and a good place to stop for gas, a snack or even a meal, especially for the type of person that likes a cashier that visits with you.”
“Needed a driver seat for my Tahoe and looked without luck throughout Hot Springs and Little Rock. Discovered Pike Enterprises on Rt 7 not far outside the Village, and as luck would have it, along came John, and found me a seat in their storage yard. A day later, he pulled the seat, all for a very fair price and great service.. I highly recommend! Thanks!”

“I just want to say that these are the most unkind and terrible people I've ever had dealings with they chart towed, my friend's car not even very far. And they charged her over $500, and then 10 minutes after the thing they would not even they want to charge her another day. When they live next door they are horrible people uncaring, do not ever use them. They charge 3 times as much as anybody.”
