“I love this place. If you're considering metro, GO TO THE JOHNSON STORE!!!! Every single time I visit the Johnson store, I receive great service and most importantly, great value for my money. The Johnson store has never tried to scam me or force me to purchase accessories that I never asked for. At the Nettleton store, they'll tell you a phone case and screen protecter is included in the price of the phone but make sure you get that receipt so you can see how they charged you an extra $32 for each one. ONE phone (a free one, mind you) and one new line would've costed me over $220 at the Nettleton store because they try to scam people. The Johnson store has NEVER done me wrong and I'll keep coming back every single time I need a phone, I won't go anywhere else. I think the lady who usually helps me is named Mel? But I can't remember lol she's always AMAZING and looks out for her customers instead of trying to figure out ways to sneak in commission sales like the Nettleton store does. She's honest about pricing and always tries to help you get the best deal she possibly can. If she ever quits that job, I'll never step foot into a metropcs store again in my life. LOVE HER!!!”

“Honestly there's no problem with rent one but when you miss a payment they will constantly bug you like a groupie over a couple of bucks and threaten to take the item you're renting from them for 30 days after almost being done paying for it. Pretty petty if you ask me but other than wining like a baby who lost their pacifier the staff is good and they have excellent items. Great store.??”

I had been looking for a specific cardigan that only had one size left and eventually gave up trying to find it. Without me even knowing, Shelbi and Kaleb kept looking on their own, and a little while later they actually came to find me while I was shopping for my daughter with the shirt in hand!
