Very good product but the staff was not very friendly

The employees were nice but the entire process took 3 solid hours. Would not have minded so much if there had been a place to sit with a backrest. Two days later, still sore. Please forward to Verizon that there are customers who are older with back problems.

Verizon was very helpful, but I think it's the store ( not a company) experience. Employees are helpful, friendly and tries to resolve any issues. Parking adequate, little to no wait time.
