“This is a very small harps and a small town. But someone named Bill helped me the first time I’ve ever been in there. And I don’t know if he’s a manager or he owns the place or just an employee, but he went over and beyond to help me. Far more help than I get in any other stores.Wasn’t sure about what I wanted and he went to the back to look for something else better for me. Most places won’t take the time to do that anymore.All I know is somebody named Bill see needs a promotion . He was busy busy the whole time I was in there. But still went beyond to help me.”
