He was the only shop around that could get our vehicle back on the road within a few weeks vs all the majors were 2 months out before they could even start. Didn't know how bad it was but as we're fulltime RVers we knew we shouldn't wait the 3-4 weeks everywhere else wanted. Scotty recognized our need and worked through the first day trying to get parts for us (without even seeing the 5th wheel, off my limited background in suspension). Parts had to be overnighted and In 3 days we got in and his team got our RV back on the road in one day. Will work with these guys again if we're in the vicinity and need help.”

“Tommy wisely questioned my decision to fix an older vehicle with 200k+ miles on it. I told him that I was given a verbal estimate over the phone from a competitor and that it was too high so if his estimate was close to that, I would just end up salvaging the vehicle. This did not detour Tommy - he took lots of pictures and entered everything into his quotation software. After printing out the quote and giving it to me (higher than I expected) he gave me a name of a good salvage company. Collision Connection didn't even charge for the estimate. I'm sure that had I gone through with it - they would've taken care of me. I figure - if they go through great detail on the small things, they'll do the same with the big things!”
