“I had one vehicle in the shop and needed to drive my truck. I knew I needed new breaks but did not want to sit around in a shop all day. Reluctantly, I put it off until I knew I had to do something about it. I had no idea anyone would come to me to fix my vehicle. I found Smart Bubble Mobile through google search late at night and scheduled an appointment for the next morning at 8am. Chance called about 15 minutes prior for more information. While on the phone with him, I attempted to drive the truck and heard a break pad fall off. He was so helpful, patient and extremely kind during a very frustrating and chaotic morning for me. I was able to change the job location from my job to my home and they handled everything on site. Chance advised that I find another ride to work to avoid ruining my car and risking my life. I 100% recommend them. They kept me updated throughout the service and their prices are upfront.”

“I have liked everything about this dealership so far, except the fact that they run very far behind on their garage schedule. Be prepared to wait for at least one or two hours before they even begin to work on your vehicle, in spite of having an appointment time scheduled. This is a frustration to me, because it's the same as the doctors office or anywhere else where you schedule an appointment, but that appointment time doesn't actually mean anything.If an appointment is scheduled, that appointment should be honored, and they should not take more vehicles than what they can work on within the time allotted, and should schedule their appointments accordingly. Other than that, everything else has been great, and I would've given five stars except that twice I have scheduled to come in, and have been told it will be a minimum of one to two hours before they even take the vehicle back to begin work on it.”

“A warning light in our car went on, and we took it to Austin Brothers to get checked out due to its high Google ratings. Actually, we took it to Firestone first (poor ratings,) who quickly told us we needed to replace the catalytic converter to the tune of several hundred dollars. That didn't sound quite right. After running diagnostic tests, Austin Brothers told us there was no discernable problem but if something major turned up, to take the car to a recommended mechanic. (The warning light might be a glitch.) They did not charge us for this work. So far, there have been no problems. Austin Brothers has been around a long time and has earned its excellent reputation.”

“I’ve always had issues with getting my wheels properly balanced on my 4Runner. Recently had service done at a dealership where they just couldn’t get it right, so I took my business to All About Tire and Brake Pros after a recommendation from a friend. Well, I’m glad I listened. The staff were friendly, especially Nathan as well as the seasoned tech, Jose. He was very knowledgeable on the process and got my wheels dialed in and true.
I had a slight shake in my steering wheel at highway speeds, and NOW I don’t!”

I had a major noise coming from my front suspension that kept getting worse, so I scheduled an appointment with Sullivan’s Automotive. Booking was super easy, and I brought the car in on the scheduled day. By that same afternoon, they called to let me know it was already fixed. I went ahead and asked them to do an oil change while it was there.
When I came in the next morning to pick it up, they only charged me for the oil change and said the suspension fix was simple. That level of honesty is rare these days.
I just had a good feeling about Ken from the start—soft-spoken, unassuming, and kind at every interaction. The shop is a little out of my way, but it’s absolutely worth the drive. I’ve finally found a good, honest business I can trust.

“I stopped in with a minor emergency as I traveled through from out of state - no appointment on the Friday afternoon of a long holiday weekend. Despite being insanely busy, and knowing they couldn't possibly help me even if it was something major, Zach was incredibly kind and stepped away for a few minutes to take a quick look. He spent no more than 3-4 minutes total with me, but those few minutes helped me (on the phone with my husband a state away) make the best, safest decision (and calmed my nerves!). It's turned out that my vehicle was NOT safe to drive home, so he may have literally saved me. This place - Zach at least - is solid and has your best interest at heart.”
