We had to come to this Avis as a one off as our vehicle had some issues with a tyre we couldn't sort out roadside, Anthony helped us get a new car for the remainder of our holiday as well as be extra helpful when we needed it especially as there was some people there being a bit difficult

Their costumer service is so slow. They don’t have enough employees at cashier.

We rented a car for a family trip. Counter service was good with minimal wait. We did encounter an issue with the car (vibration and noise at high speeds) but were able to swap out at another location on our trip.
