“They have all sorts of things here. It's pretty amazing how much they have in each department. But much of the staff have a bit of an "ain't care" attitude. And it seems like every time I go, they're all pulling around pallet jacks and restocking. The checkout area always seems to be half closed off, and the cashier's are on their phones and not at all interested. Though tonight I had a really helpful cashier in charge of self checkout. But generally, they have what you need, it's will stocked, but employees aren't the best, and for some reason tends to attract a decent amount of riff raff.”
“I love shopping at walmart, but Walmart on shackleford will need to love me a little more; I am an early shopper, in and out, before the good meat is gone; Walmart has nice and friendly associates there even early in the morning, smiling and being polite, that early; I love that, but if I buy as much as need to buy, there are no check-out people, and I am too slow on the self check-out. I love you Walmart, now you love me back, get that five stars and let me spend more money, and even if it is on early morning.”
“I try to avoid big box stores but today had to do it. Staff said "Good morning" with a smile upon her face! +1 I needed only 3 items but had to ask 2 different staff for help finding it,they were both friendly. +1 Got to the register and 2 more staff told me I could avoid waiting in line by coming to their register. +1 Two other staff gave compliments on my outfit. +1 Wow, I've never felt so cared for in a big box store! Atop that the current miserable attitudes found across the customer service sector made this shopping experience fantastic. I was so pleased that even after noticing my clearance item rang up at regular price (+$6), I ain't even mad nor going back to address it. They win! Well done folks, keep rocking that energy!!!”
“This is my FAVORITE dollar tree because of Ms. Linda! She's so wonderful! She always has a smile on her face, always helpful, and always has a kind word. I don't think people really realize how much the people that work for you make a difference in your store. I know that every since they got an actual manager that it has not made a positive impact on the store. I feel as though it went better when Ms Linda was the supervisor she wasn't even the manager, but the employees respected her, and so does her clientele. There are a lot of new faces it's unfortunate that they do not have the same work ethic nor personality as Ms Linda. I love seeing her! She brightens my day when I see her!! It matters when people recognize you and say hi ask you how you're doing. That is something you don't get everywhere. It's something that these big corporations take for granted. They don't realize how much their staff keeps people coming back to their store especially when they're so many locations. I go out of my way to go there just because I love seeing Ms Linda and she's SO SWEET!!!! She truly goes the extra mile and I just want to give her the acolytes she deserves! Make sure she stays because she's the face of that store!!!!”

“I am one of those people who refuse to use self checkout. This store is all self checkout. Mr. Marvell, the checkout manager, saw me looking for a cashier and offered to check me out. He handled the complete transaction and bagged my purchases. He was so friendly and helpful! Walmart needs more employees like him.”
“The result turned out amazing — it’s exactly what I wanted! I had an appointment at 4, and at first I thought I came to the wrong place, but after talking with Latisha, the manager, she kindly moved my appointment up by half an hour. She’s really nice and very professional.”
“This is a wonderful Walmart in Little Rock. If the bus still goes right up to the door that's great. I was always able to find everything I needed and wanted. The employees were always so nice and helpful no matter what the situation was. I love the custom made cakes from the bakery department!!!

“This is a good Walmart Supercenter. Shelves are stocked and a good Walmart selection. For Arkansas it has quite a bit of traffic which probably says about as much about what others think of it as well. It has grocery, clothing, household goods, sporting goods, electronics, tools etc.
Update - After a few months of using the pickup service at this location each week, the orders are are usually complete and always ready at the designated time. There's little waiting around once you check in at one of the designated parking spaces. They put the groceries where you say rain or shine.”
“Wow! Found what we were looking for and more! Would have been 5 stars, but since we showed up on a busy day right before the holidays, things were out of place and had to send my son back after realizing that his item was already opened and missing pieces. Aside from the shopping frenzy in the store, everything was well priced and checkout (though busy) moved pretty quickly.”

“Pretty decent store. Not quite as huge as the one visited on Markham Street. But way bigger than the Burlington back home. It had more to offer my daughter and I as far as bargain shopping. It's sorta untidy but for most part is very clean. I enjoyed my experience here. Just a lot of extra space in building. But I'm glad I visited this one. Found some good stuff.”
