Dillard's has turned to USPS to deliver its merchandise. Unfortunately, I have had 3 of 3 lost in the mail this month. After 3 to 4 e-mails explaining the issue and requesting a refund, I have thus far received 1 of the three refunds requested. So disappointing!

Went to dillards in mall of Acadiana in lafayette la. Was purchasing some sandals that said it was 50 percent off get to the register it 93.80 and 101.73 plus tax I told the sales person it said 50 percent off and the he got another person and she said it was not 50 percent of because it had a different buckel we were both...

This is not a store. It's a business office building. Searches clothing stores this was the closest thing to me. Is not a store. Just the offices.
