I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean. The service was friendly. And the location was great for travelers who don’t mind walking a bit to explore. It’s right next to a gorgeous running path. And they even have a peloton in the workout room! Alon was extremely helpful at the front desk. She answered all my (many) questions and made sure I got all that I needed.

Beds are comfortable, the shower has good pressure, and a nice view from the room of the river.

3 stars is being generous.Check-in was ok other than having to ask for 1 of 2 room keys to be reprogrammed as it didn’t work, and also having to return to desk to get my prepaid breakfast vouchers.Room was incredibly tiny and ?♂️ down. As a “added bonus” it didn’t have a fridge. To be fair, it was so tiny a fridge would’ve just made it even more cramped.Stayed two days, needed an extra pillow the first night, and fresh towels the second since they took the used ones and didn’t replace. Both requests were politely accepted but did both require a follow up inquiry after an hour had passed.Wouldn’t stay again but it could’ve been worse

From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff exceeded expectations. Exceptional customer service, front desk clerk Alon was very knowledgeable with a commitment to making our stay comfortable.Rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. The hotel's cleanliness surpassed my expectations. The quality of service and amenities justified the cost. Great value for the price paid, exceeding our expectations. Will definitely visit again!

Had a recent stay & has always I love staying at the Doubletree. Front desk receptionist Alon was very helpful & informative. My boyfriend & I are from out of town & she let us know some places are Little Rock that we would enjoy & we did! Rooms were clean & our extras were delivered in a timely manner. Breakfast(my favorite) was delicious & check out wasn’t a hassle as well. Huge thanks to the staff! We’ll be back!Rooms: 10/10Nearby activities: 10/10Food & drinks: 10/10

Stayed at the hotel back in October for my anniversary. It was a surprise staycation for my wife and we totally enjoyed our stay. The young lady at the front desk Alon was very helpful in making our stay there very comfortable and enjoyable. Front desk staff very professional and friendly, shuttle transportation from LIT airport was scheduled 16:05 and by 16:25 we’re ending getting a taxi, since shuttle service never arrived, also I ask a the front desk for maintenance since the sink in the bathroom was clogged, when I got back to the room the sink was full of disgusting stuff and dirty and still clogged

It was a nice room for the price however there was no small refrigerator in the room. The AC/heat would not stay on for more than a few seconds. There was a very large gap around the entry door. We stayed only for the night to catch a comedy show at The Robinson. The front desk was staffed with two persons, one greeted us and was nice but passed us off to the one sitting. She didn’t speak, stand up or acknowledge us. She spoke to the other host. Not very friendly.Food & drinks: We ate in the restaurant. It states it opened at 5, we arrived at 5:30. The lights were not on, an off work employee sat us, apologized for the dark room. I ordered the ribeye, well done, my husband the voodoo pasta. My steak was cold, only the right side was cooked to medium well, the left side was , well raw. The potatoes were over microwaved, the veggies were beyond edible. My husbands meal had three very smooshy shrimp, and it appeared to be canned chicken by its shape and texture. Our waiter was no where to be found. Delivered the food and vanished. Another waiter kept refilling our drinks. Our waiter did not return until he brought us our bill. If you charge $30.00 for a steak the steak should be cooked properly and of a higher quality. We were so disappointed in the food, and service of the restaurant. The only highlight was the warm cookie. Do better Hilton.Noteworthy details: We were also charged 15.00 to park. If you are a guest of the hotel why do we have to pay to park? Event parking is only $10.00.Seems a bit of a money scheme
