The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Little Rock is noted for its great central location and very walkable access to the Riverwalk, pedestrian bridges, the River Market, museums, and plenty of restaurants and bars. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and spacious, with half offering a view of the river and the other half a gorgeous view of the city. The front desk staff is consistently described as great, very nice, sweet, and professional, often going above and beyond to accommodate guests. Many reviews highlight exceptional kindness, including staff providing cookies, water, and help with parking or views. The overall experience is welcoming, especially for families. However, some areas could see improvement. The bathroom and carpet in some rooms could use repairs and cleaning. Parking and elevator use were described as horrible by one guest, with another noting a negative interaction with a man associated with the hotel's parking area, suggesting a need for clearer rideshare pickup zones. While the hotel's own breakfast and room service were called good, many guests enjoyed the numerous good dining options nearby. The staff's friendliness and the excellent location are the most celebrated aspects of this hotel.
Staff was polite and accommodating. Unfortunately the hotel is in poor maintenance and my first room had mold on the ceiling. Lots of stains on the carpets and hotel just seems tired. Good location however I could not recommend this hotel due to the maintenance and overall cleanliness.

Was on the 13th floor and there was no ice machine. So I went up to the 12th and 14th floor, no ice in the machine. No microwave or refrigerator. I'll pay close attention to hotel amenities next time.

The room was not great. It's so small and there's barely room to move around. Forget dragging a luggage trolley into the room. A lot of things needed to be fixed. The ice machine was gone from our floor too. But the guy at the front desk was great and the location was perfect for the Little Rock Marathon
