We were helped at the check-in by Reneakia. She was very helpful and friendly!! Our interaction with her and the support she provided set such a positive tone for our stay! Best bed, not congratulations room. Shower curtain rod was broke so water went all over floor, floors need to be deep cleaned. Lobby is meh. But that bedddddd. 5 stars

We had the best room and veiw , we were on the 5th floor room 5 11 and we had a view of the bridges , we could see for ever from this room , it was nice and clean , they have a great restaurant in the hotel , food and service is great .
