Clean gym, not over-crowded, and plenty of good equipment. It’s small but everything is well kept and it has everything you’d need. Came from out of town and was able to get a day pass, worth the money.

It's very convenient. Amy and Tracey are super friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. And, the gym is very clean!

Best treadmill in town for a sunrise run! My favorite aspect of this convenient gym is watching the sun rise over the buildings of the east side of downtown Little Rock. Friendly, helpful staff & towel service FTW!
