Eddie Bauer is an excellent store located in Park Plaza Mall. The clothing is consistently excellent. The owner is very nice and helpful, and the employees are always pleasant, helpful, friendly, and engaging. They provide outstanding service. A pro tip is that the store can place online orders for customers with no shipping cost, and returns can be done at the store. This helps keep the brick and mortar store in business.

We had to exchange my wife's coat and order me a new one. Roby was awesome! Even after I changed my mind on a coat and he had to do some quick swapping of orders, he was always polite and ready to help.

I can't say enough about Roby and Dreka who went out of there to help with the issue I was having. They are so friendly and engaging with their customers. I hope Eddie Bauer knows what outstanding employees they have working for them
