Been here twice to get new tires along with regular auto maintenance. While changing tires, they messed my entire TPMS system, and tried to charge me to diagnose the issue. Second time, while changing the oil, identified an oil leak and said it was from the oil pan gasket ($600 repair). Brought my car to a different mechanic and he identified the leak from the oil filter gasket instead (which was probably damaged from the oil change itself). I got it repaired for $140 at the other mechanic. Safe to say, I will not be going to this location ever again. Just can't trust them.

I took my car in for an overdue oil change on 01/29. I was told that it would take about an hour to complete the service. I was there for roughly an hour and fifteen minutes. Very pleasant experience.

Great folks, great communication, great service. Shop was clean. Will be returning in the future.
Fixed my broken valve stem, mounted the tire, and told me no charge.
Above and beyond service. Other shops should be more like this one.

I was acknowledged and greeted kindly when I entered this location of Firestone and I was asked how can we help you? I explained what was happening to my vehicle and they took the information and got my keys and not having to wait a very long time they returned with what was going on and gave me opportunity to ask them important question about the price and if it was very important thing to consider getting done right away and how long will it take. So they supplied me with that information and I was pleased and got it taken care of right away. Thank you Ken and your team.

I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. They told me they couldn't do the tire rotation because my front tires need to be replaced. That was fine, but they didn't even check the air pressure in my tires and they're low because of the cold weather. So I paid $133 for basically an oil change (that is the most I have ever paid in my entire life). I'm not doing that again.

This was one of my best Firestone experiences! Everyone was so kind and helpful…the work was smooth and fast with great results. They really took their time with me, made sure I got the best deal, and were very kind and considerate. I will definitely bring my car to this location again.

Wonderful customer service.My husband and I had a coupon from Firestone Tires at a great price, for an oil change. Every other store gave us a headache about using it.
It was older, hand signed just no exp date. Also number by machine
Mike Brewer had absolutely no problem accepting it and was a truly nice and caring person. So glad to see that you're company likes to keep that location with extraordinary employees and managers that are wonderful. We will keep coming back along with friends and family. Can't go wrong here.

Requested an appointment. Had the appointment confirmed. Showed up and the store was closed. Called customer service and they couldn’t give me a reason as to why the store was closed early. Don’t take off work early and expect to be seen.
