“I wish I could give two ratings. I'd give a solid 5 stars for customer service, and 3 stars for inventory. I was greeted right away and toured through the store by a very helpful employee. Unfortunately, I didn't get to make a purchase because I couldn't find much that I loved. I'm certain that others might love lots of things, but for my style preferences there were not many items in stock. A good side note: I saw a photograph of an item I did love that is expected to come in soon, and they offered to notify me when it arrives. Again, mark that up too good customer service!”

Staff said "Good morning" with a smile upon her face! +1 I needed only 3 items but had to ask 2 different staff for help finding it,they were both friendly. +1 Got to the register and 2 more staff told me I could avoid waiting in line by coming to their register. +1 Two other staff gave compliments on my outfit. +1 Wow, I've never felt so cared for in a big box store! Atop that the current miserable attitudes found across the customer service sector made this shopping experience fantastic. I was so pleased that even after noticing my clearance item rang up at regular price (+$6), I ain't even mad nor going back to address it. They win! Well done folks, keep rocking that energy!!!”

However, our first stop happened to be Mattress King on Bowman Rd. Our salesman was Donnie Garrison, whose knowledge and relational style was able to hear what we wanted and show us the Tempur-Pedic mattress that truly was perfect for us.
