“Khaleb at the Michael's store in the Outlets of Little Rock went above and beyond this morning. I got there early before the store even opened but called them anyway to let them know I had a pick up order ready. Khaleb was friendly, polite, and eager to assist. I told him I would call back at 10 when the store opened and he said it was not necessary and he would go on and bring it out to me. He had a smile on his face and made my day! Excellent employee and outstanding customer service!”

“I rarely write reviews but these ladies are so helpful and accommodating that I needed to let them know. I have not been to the store in person but I have ordered on their website and over the phone a few times and they are always so helpful and responsive and shipped quickly when I needed something shipped overnight.
