I’m in Louisiana, where we no longer have a Jaguar dealership in my area or nearby. My vehicle needs coolant, and when I called, the receptionist went above and beyond to help. She tracked down a service technician and quickly came back with answers. I’m very grateful for her efforts in assisting me from a distance!
