This gym is incredible. The facilities and the staff are top notch! Kelly the head coach is a southern baddass, she will bless your heart while letting you know you can go a bit lower on that squat. If you want to get in shape and be around a supportive community this is the place to be.

Omnis is like a family. The coaches are top notch and always teach correct form. They are always motivating and love to see their members succeed. I could not ask for a better gym to attend. The new owners have kept the same family atmosphere from when I walked through the doors almost 6 years ago.
