“Hollywood Feed offers consistently high quality products, boasting a wide variety of food, treats, toys, pet health care products and pet care items. The staff is always helpful, pleasant, and smiling when I walk in-no matter the time or day. They have a pet bathing area at this specific location, which always appears to be busy. The staff is pretty knowledgeable about their products, they offer great sales and benefits too. Currently, every $100 you spend gets you a $10 bonus for the next purchase. There are also loyalty rewards- I usually get one large bag of feed free every 12 months or so- that’s almost a
$60 value. You won’t find ‘commercial’ brands here- this is where you go after you’ve done the research and realize the benefits of quality products. I’m so glad they are here!”

“We have boarded our dogs here for years and they have always received loving care. One of our dogs experienced a medical emergency due to an illness that came on suddenly. I was contacted immediately and participated in the decision for emergency veterinary care. The team coordinated transportation to get my dog the care he needed and they stayed in contact throughout the situation. We were out of town and greatly relieved to know he was in good hands. Our other dog had to stay behind at the kennel and they took steps to reassure and comfort him when his buddy was not with him. This is exactly the kind of care you hope for when you leave your furry family member in someone else’s care.”
“I love this location. I placed an online pick-up order nearly at close last night. Early this am I received an email that my order was ready! I arrived at the store and was immediately greeted/welcomed in by a young man. A second man directed me to the drive thru pick-up area where he helped me load my order, in the rain. No fuss. “Huge thank you to the kind employee who assisted me with a paw print kit. I had just found out that I had to let my fur baby go due to very aggressive cancer, deteriorating quickly. I went to the store to get a paw print kit, could barely speak because I was crying. The employee understood what I was looking for, quickly ran around the store, grabbed options for me and came back to the front. She was so understanding and empathetic. It was a kindness in a very hard day.”
