I wanted to buy some small ghost shrimp, and a manager said she could only sell 2 because my tank is 5 gallon. I called another Petsmart to verify this policy and the other manager said you can put 6-10 ghost shrimp in 1 gallon tank and that the way she treated me was wrong. I called the head manager for the Petsmart that refused to sell me more than 2 ghost shrimp and he said the manager can decide who to sell to and advised me to come once the manager was gone. I returned after she left and bought all the ghost shrimp.

Great staff, but i disapprove of the way they treat and sell the reptiles, amphibians, and other such animals. I am not sure the employees are properly trained to handle the animals, but a giant, cut throat, store like Petsmart does not have the empathy, nor are the heads willing to pay for adequate treatment. Also, this pertains to Arkansas as a state..they do not open until 9 A.M! Drives me nuts, most people have to be at work or getting ready for work. Every store needs to be open by 8 A.M..when I become dictator..all stores will be open by 8 A.M😄

Best place EVER I don't care about any negative reviews. This here is the real deal. When we arrived with our new pet, an Aussiedoodle puppy, we were greeted with people, and a staff member knew exactly what kind of puppy we had in our basket. While shopping, a mystery tall cute elderly man appeared out of no where he knew all about Aussiedoodles what they need what not to give them, what to give him as he grew up and the food to change up as he grows older. Even the check out lady was so nice.. these people were so passionate about what they did and the love for pets. Tears ran thru our eyes as we pulled away from the store. The Best Experience Ever!

The woman manager on duty was extremely RUDE. I will not be returning to this store because she was so unprofessional… I will be buying everything from Chewy’s from now on! Don’t try to buy prescription food here!!

They were unprofessional with getting my cat prescription food. They refused to take a PetCo written prescription, refused sale on a previously bought food, and made it overall extremely difficult to get prescription filled. Don’t recommend, but the vet was nice. ONLY THE VET.

Adopted a cat today and the employee that helped us adopt him was obviously not having a good morning and was taking it out on the customers. The employee at the register was very kind though!
