“I want to tell you about the wonderful experience I had at this UPS store in Chenal . I was greeted and told about other services when i was there. And at the end of the conversation I didn't even realize I was talking to the owner. Her name was Therese.. It's not often you see a owner or a manager working with the rest of the staff ....to me that shows dedication and teamwork.I wish most places were like that...”

“Simple, straightforward service. Pickup or drop-off at this location. Just note that it's located in Michael's. Google maps tried to take me to Academy instead, so had a bit of confusion at first. Hope this helps!”

“I needed to send a coworker an item before Monday and FedEx was able to get it done. I didn't have a box or anything so they package the item in an appropriate box with bubble wrap to keep it safe. There were other services on site such as printing copying and a plethora of other things that you can do if you don't have a full home office and only need a few of these items every once in awhile.”

“I was very happy to find a UPS drop-off location near my home. It was extremely convenient not having to drive 30–40 minutes to another location. The drop-off spot was easy to find inside the outlet mall—I simply went straight to Michael’s and took my package inside. The Michael’s employees were friendly, helpful, and made the process quick and easy. Overall, it was a great experience, and I appreciate having this convenient option so close to home.”

“I am a full-time internet reseller, and I have been to a lot of post offices, and I can tell you without a doubt this is the best one in Central Arkansas. A guy named Brian is the reason. He is 100% amazing and scans all of my packages instantly and properly, and that helps me out so much with keeping buyers happy. I drive a little further just to deal with Brian and be sure everything is done right. Dude is a hard worker and knows his stuff inside and out. I think he's retired military, so he's very professional. If he ever retires I don't know what I will do. Haha!”

“I needed to send a package next day to Maryland for work. I didn't have any of the packing materials. The person who was helping me make sure that the item I was sending would not be damaged in transit. It also included insurance if it was damaged. I got a confirmation number and was able to give it to my coworker. They let me know via the tracking number that it was delivered and my coworker let me know they received the item on damaged. Great service as always and a great way to get something somewhere fast and intact.”
