“My son runs cross country and I have started walking more so we were both in the market for new shoes. I had no idea what shoes would be best for us. I can't remember the name of the gentleman that helped us but he was wonderful. He noticed my son's feet were pronated the moment he walked in the door and helped pick a great pair of shoes for him. I have the opposite issue and he picked a great pair for those as well. These guys are so knowledgeable and so friendly. We'll definitely be back!”

“I needed somewhere I could get custom fitted suits for my groomsmen and Fauzio's was the best choice by far. Moe was extremely kind and helpful and their turnaround was so quick. Not to mention the pricing being great. My groomsmen loved the process and loved their suits. In fact, we talked it up so much my father-in-law went and got a new suit for the wedding there as well. If you need affordable, tailored suits I highly recommend Fauzio's.”
“I visited Cole Haan on 7/14/25 and had the pleasure of being helped by Ms. Brittney. I was looking for a professional work bag that could hold all my essentials. She guided me to a beautiful tan leather bag, at first, I was worried it might be too small, but after testing it out and checking the fit, it turned out to be perfect! What really stood out was Brittney’s patience and attentiveness. I walked in around 7:47 PM, just before closing (8:00pm), and she never made me feel rushed. “On the outside, it seems too small to have anything you might need. On the inside, it’s like the TARDIS of hiking and camping supplies - way bigger than you expected, and filled to the rafters with everything outdoors. The staff it helpful and friendly, and you can buy the things you see today and drive away with it rather than wait for [evil internet source] to ship 2-3 days. Prices are good. Location is easy to find. You might get challenged by parking on Kavanaugh, but this is worth the trip.”

“I came to grab a dress here very last minute when my dress for my engagement shoot didn’t come in time. I’m talking I had like 15 minutes before my shoot to find something :/ Every single employee that works here was so incredibly helpful & kind. I told them my plight and they went above and beyond to help me in a very high stress situation. “I just wanted to compliment Christian, a sales associate at the Bass Pro Pkwy location. He is the friendliest, most helpful young man!Went shopping for school clothes with my son last week and he helped us. He was wonderful that day!Today, took my daughter school clothes shopping and the minute we walked in the store, he greeted us with a smile and "how can I help you today?" Before I could even answer, he said "you don't remember me, do you?" As he was walking towards us, I stated I did remember him from last week and he gave me a big hug because he said "we are like family."Christian just put the biggest smile on my face because of his true care and concern....don't find that much with customer service these days, unfortunately.We started browsing and he checked on us frequently, all while he was helping other customers.When we were checking out, he explained how he actually remembered us from last year when we were school clothes shopping then. “UPDATE 2: 10/15 — It has been 3 weeks since the exchange and I am back to having 1 of the pairs having memory foam loss. 2nd pair, same style , same issue in the same locations inside the shoe.
I called and spoke to Amber again, we decided to not get that style anymore due to defects. I will update again after I go over and exchange for a different style.
UPDATE 1: Amber was so awesome, I could not asked for better Customer Service. I went to the Outlets here in Little Rock and Amber exchanged the 2 defective pairs for 2 brand new pairs. We will see how the shoes hold up. KUDOS to Amber. Thank you for being such a pleasure to work with. I appreciate you and the staff. I will update this post again in 2 months.
Shoes have terrible quality. Less than 2 months owning 3 pairs 2 of the 3 have pairs have pieces coming off the insole. I will never buy another pair again. I suggest people DO NOT BUY SKETCHERS. AGAIN DO NOT BUY SKETCHERS. TERRIBLE QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.”

The other stores in this mall seem unenthused with customer traffic but this staff really makes you feel welcome and wants to help you find what you're looking for whether it be in store, another store or even online! Tim is the store manager and he particularly makes the experience a fun time, balancing shoes on his head as he walks back out of the stock room, cracking witty remarks..HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION”
“Excellent store located in Park Plaza Mall, Little Rock, AR. The clothing at Eddie Bauer is consistently excellent. The owner at this store is very nice and helpful. The employees are always pleasant and helpful too. Pro tip for people that life in central AR and want to buy online from Eddie Bauer. The store in LR can't stock absolutely everything, but they can place your online order for you. There's no shipping cost when done this way and it helps keep the brick and mortar store in business. Returns can also be done at the store so no hassle of having to do return shipping.”
“Everyone there was SO sweet and kind, i came in needing new work shoes and right away i was being helped. i needed something with extra support but also something my style and Dalton helped me with everything i needed and i found the perfect shoe! Keilan and i believe Kandace were super helpful and very sweet as well and made the checkout process very easy! everytime i go into this store i walk out very happy and everyone is always super helpful and nice. “Good place for big and tall men to shop if they need professional work attire or clothing for something like a funeral. Most big and tall stores sell non-professional type clothing, this is not the case with this store. The only negative I noticed was the selection of ties was very limited. There is casual clothing available. They have extremely large sizes in stock.”

“Visited this athletic apparel store during a trip to the Little Rock area. The store was clean, well-stocked, and the staff we encountered were all friendly. The store does offer some good prices on the apparel and footwear that they offer and you can get additional discounts and earn rewards by signing up with Under Armour and using the app. It is smaller than some other locations I have visited but they still have the same sections of the store. Not a bad place to get athletic apparel.”
