“Being 10 hours from home, we could not have asked for a better place to experience transmission trouble. Tony immediately understood the stress, frustration, and uncertainty that comes with breaking down so far away from home.
He went above and beyond by communicating directly with our transmission shop back home, helping coordinate everything needed to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. His professionalism, honesty, and willingness to help during such a difficult situation meant more to us than words can express.
The customer service was exceptional, and the workmanship was top-notch. It is rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers the way Tony does.
We highly recommend Raxorback Transmission to anyone needing trustworthy, dependable transmission work.
