I feel like the poor rating of this post office is due to the problems with mail delivery in the late 2010s and a little bit into the plague time. Since then the mail delivery is fine and the counter worker ladies are polite and behave like the good USPS workers I've seen throughout my life at other post offices.

I really want to recognize and appreciate our mail man, Sam, he is such a courteous and diligent person who really cares for his customers. His personal attention to track a delayed package truly impressed me. Thank you for such a wonderful and motivated person working for our postal service.
