Walgreens offers prescription refills, health and beauty products, and photo printing services. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, especially Kim P. and Tameika, who are known for their kindness and patience. Despite busy times, like long wait lines, the positive attitude of the employees makes the experience enjoyable. Pharmacy hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 1:30 pm and 2 pm to 10 pm, Saturday from 9 am to 1:30 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm, and Sunday from 10 am to 1:30 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm.
Absolute terrible service with the pharmacy staff. Communication is poor. Customer service is poor. I usually go to the Walgreens on Rodney parham that is SO much better with service. Apparently this is a VERY common issue at this location.

Takes forever to get my prescriptions. Multiple days. Never had this problem anywhere else.

A nightmare! Don’t use this pharmacy. Takes days and days to refill prescription. They don’t pick up the phone and the lines are 45 min long.
