This walgreens is by far the worse in the district. Customer service is a nightmare, items are never on the shelf, shelf rotation of items has never been heard of at this store and you will find out of date products consistently on the shelf. Not sure what the store manager does at this location but it isn't running an effective team that's for sure. The pharmacy is another issue, lately good technicians have come to work here but one of the staff pharmacist is a wicked individual. Avoid and drive the extra distance to a better walgreens.

I bought 2 different sizes of photos using the kiosk. The kiosk was quick and easy. On the drive home I realized I had paid for the 5x7 picture, but it wasn't included. Immediately called them. They said they would mail it. 18 days later still didn't receive. Called them again. Store having phone issues so talked with distant customer service rep. He said I would have to call them back when their phones are working. Definite process problems with this company. Will not use again.

Horrible customer service from a pharmacy technician. I was trying to ask questions about how my physician called in my prescription that I was fully aware I wasn’t able to fill yet and was simply trying to verify information so I could correct an ongoing issue before filling it. She rudely kept saying “nope” over and over and over again speaking over me without listening. She did this at least a dozen times for realizing the two very simple questions I was asking so I would be able to efficiently communicate with my physician before refilling my prescription. If all possible, do not use this pharmacy - the experience was so offsetting I’m also reporting uIt to corporate for review.

The young gentleman behind the counter was very nice. However, the shift lead or manager that was with him was so mean to him and very passive aggressive to customers. There’s no need to belittle your coworkers in front of customers to begin with. That young man has as much patience as the manager who has a stank attitude.

This pharmacy is awful!!I've been using this pharmacy for YEARS and had never had any issues up until the entire staff changed, the hours also changed and now they're closed weekends? Would've been nice to know considering I have 4 sick kids with the flu and ear infections.I had their doctor send it to this pharmacy because I thought they were open, I mean, they always have been and I wasn't notified that there were changes made to their hours. I've been going here at least 12 years. My kids have had to wait the entire weekend only to receive a text saying "DELAYED". Are you kidding?I've completely switched to the pharmacy at Wellington. They're super nice, kind an friendly.Just go ahead an close this place. Nothing is ever ready in a timely manner anyway and not very considerate to your customers.

As a former PTCB certified pharmacy technician I prefer not to use combination medications so that I can target the exact symptoms of my chronic allergies and congestion as needed. As such I had to buy a box of pseudoephedrine containing product as I had recently ran out. I went to this Walgreens and was denied the purchase by the pharmacist, Keri Stuff, who stated that the verification system was down and that I needed to come back later. I know about and understand this system so I didn’t question the response and went away, this was about 4:30pm in the afternoon. With the pharmacy closing at 7pm I called back at around 6:15-6:30pm to check if the system was back up and running. Unfortunately I got the same pharmacist, Keri Stuff, who asked if I was the person who tried to buy it before, to which I confirmed yes I was, she then again told me that the verification system was down. As I’m familiar with how the system works I thought this was odd and went to the store to try and purchase the OTC medication anyway. Once at the window she again refused to sell the medication stating the system was down. I thought this was odd so I called another Walgreens, in the Chenal area, to ask if the verification system was down and they said that they had had no problems with the system that day. With this information I then asked the pharmacist to try ringing up the transaction on another register as the other store was having no problems selling pseudoephedrine containing problems. At this point the pharmacist tried shooing me away from the counter and when I told her other stores were not having problems with the verification system she snapped back at me saying “why don’t you go and buy it over then!” Not only was her conduct highly unprofessional, I believe her actual reason to refuse the sale was based on discriminating against me - but instead lied and blamed the inability to sell the OTC medication on a malfunctioning verification system. As the time was now about 6:50pm not only would I have not have had time to go another pharmacy; as they close at 7pm or earlier on this area; I shouldn’t have to! When I stood my ground and insisted that I needed the medication the verification system magically fixed itself and the pharmacist eventually sold me the single box of pseudoephedrine containing product. I wasted far too much time, energy, and gas for what should be a simple transaction on an OTC medication. In my opinion the use of dishonesty to prevent the sale of an OTC medication is unethical.

Don't really understand why there is an additional 30 minute wait from our scheduled appointment time to receive vaccinations. What's the point of scheduling an appointment online and filling out all the forms/information and why isn't the pharmacy prepared before hand? Not good service. Bad attitude from pharmacists on duty tonight

Avoid the Taylorloop Walgreens Pharmacy!!! Pharmacy has had a total staff turnover in the last 6-12 months. New employees lack experience and do not care about their job performance or the patients they serve. The service is slow and haphazard, and they treat customers with a level of disdain and rudeness I have not experienced in a long time.I dropped off a prescription first thing in the morning when they opened, and they told me it would be ready in a couple of hours -- no problem, I will get it after work. I showed back up to get it at 4:30 pm, and they had not even logged the prescription in their system, took 20 minutes to find the original written prescription from my doctor, and then told me that they were so backed up they could possibly have it ready the following Monday or Tuesday (It was Wednesday).I went down the street to the other Walgreens (7601 Cantrell Rd), which was equally busy with customers in line. They greeted me with a smile and told me they were a little behind, but they could have it ready shortly if I wanted to wait. They had it filled and ready in 20 minutes! It was a night and day experience from Taylorloop Pharmacy.

they cut their hours, staff is rude and unprofessional, and they decided to close on weekends WITHOUT GIVING ANY NOTICE. My mother was discharged from the hospital at 7pm on a Friday after spending over a week in the hospital (she is a cancer patient) and the pharmacy was closed. The pharmacy did not open until 10am the next day. I pull up right at 10am to a SIGN saying “no pharmacist on duty. No prescriptions can be picked up.” Every time I call the store I am on hold for hours. When I finally got in contact with someone the “manager” was extremely clueless and rude and the only words he said were “oh yeah they’re closed on the weekends now.” Called every other Walgreens in this city and they are all now either “temporarily closed” or closed on weekends. Avoid this location and all Walgreens and ALL COSTS.

One of the worst pharmacies in the city. My friend called to pick up medication from them and they left her on hold for legitimately 3 hours and then hung up in her face. Today, my other friend went to pick up a prescription and they gave him a totally different medication. The definition of unprofessional.

Find another pharmacy. I have been a customer for over 5 years and the last 18 months has been unbearable. The lines are always long and slow and the employees, including the pharmacist, no longer want to be there. It shows in their attitude and lack of customer service. I've really tried to give them the benefit of COVID and staffing issues but can't take it any longer. Effective Jan 2, they will no longer be open on Sunday so I expect even longer wait times.

PHARMACY STAFF IS RUDE! I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS PHARMACY. LINES ARE ALWAYS WRAPPED AROUNF THE BUILDING. THE KROGER PHARMACY LESS THAN A MILE DOWN THE STREET IS BETTER RECOMMENDED FOR THAT AREA.
