The price was reasonable and he even gave us a discount. I recommend getting your electronic devices repaired here. I will definitely bring all of my devices here.”

“On Monday April 27th I went to the T-Mobile store on Sunset in Springdale. Luke (AKA Luke Skywalker) was really great to work with. He has great customer service skills. He helped me with an upgrade for my phone. I really appreciated his knowledge and patience.
The only thing that I wasn't really happy about was the fact that T-Mobile charges a $35 fee to upgrade (Not Cool T-Mobile) but that said my experience was great and I really appreciated Luke Skywalker.”
“I had a great experience with Crystal Alvarado at Verizon. She was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient while helping me set up my new phone. She walked me through everything step by step and made the entire process quick and painless. Excellent customer service, Verizon is lucky to have her!”
“Every time my phone breaks I get stupid irate and emotional and head to T Mobile intent on being an irrational idiot but let me tell you, Phil is usually there and this guy is the best. He sees my intent and attitude but never challenges it, tries to be rude or anything. He's the chilliest person I've ever met and is genuine. “I can't believe how awesome of a job Juan did !! My PC was telling me it couldn't read the SSD and I assumed I should just replace it, but I wasn't sure. I didn't want to just buy another SSD and find out it was something else. Plus , I was certain Id be paying for another download of windows OS. I called around to a couple places and it seemed I was going to end up paying close to 500$... which is robbery considering I only wanted a diagnoses first or certainty I'd know what I was getting into with cost and repairs. Juan was certain he could fix my problem, knew the possibilities and assured me I wouldn't be getting anywhere close to 500$. I new SSD and install of windows cost me 200$. On top of that Juan made the inside clean and look brand new. This is my go to spot from now on if I have any future issues with my tech problems!!”

“So it's been a while since I've been to this place but let me tell you Clay and Danielle are two of the best employees that work at the store I give them 10 out of 10, so when I was down in Arkansas I had to get one of my old phone switch over to a new phone I called up Clay and he told me to come on in despite having customers clay gave me 100% attention and then when it started getting busy Danielle came over and helped me out not only that Danielle was also able to get me back to postpaid when I originally came in to get prepaid between Danielle and Clay if it wasn't for them I don't believe I would have been able to get my phone working even though the store was busy and they were taking care of customers they still helped me get over when I needed to do to get my phone's working I really appreciate the work between both of them and if you ever need anything you need to ask for these two wonderful employees not only are they courteous but they are very professional if I'm ever passing through that way and need help with my phone I would definitely stop and ask for either one of those. Clay and Danielle thank you for the help that you gave me on that day you do not know how much I feel relieved that I came to your store I appreciate a lot and I hope that this review even though it is late I do apologize for being late to give you this review thank you very much”
