“I have made the Mavirick in Lowell AR my store. I literally drive out of my way, yes it does get frustrating. But the customer care is worth every bit of my time. I'll start with the store manager, Amber takes her job seriously. The store is always clean, especially around the fountain area, bathrooms never dirty. Every single employee that works at that location has a care for customer service. I recommend going to this Mavirick, I could be having the worst day and it never fails when I leave I'm in a better mood. It matters how you treat people. I would love to say that all Mavericks are this way, but I have to say they're not. Not that they're bad, it's just this location has a high bar. Every employee should be rewarded....”
