James was very kind, helpful, and made my visit to the AT&T store a lot less stressful than I was expecting. My phone hadn't quit yet, but it was going fast. Easiest, fastest new phone purchase I've ever made!!! Thank you, James! Now I can take plenty of wonderful pics of my grandbabies.

I had to purchase a new cell phone as my old one died. Michelle J. was so helpful and professional when setting up the new phone and helping me through a couple problems. It’s never an easy project to “pop in” and buy a new phone but Michelle was wonderful and made the process an easy one.
