“Came in to have a toyota key cut, and the guy who cut it was the man I needed! He took his time and displayed his skills. Even though it took him about 20 minutes, he made sure he didn't mess it up, being it was a chipped key that I purchased online. Very pleased with the time and effort he took to get it right. Nothing like good service.”
“my husband wanted a new Echo brand weed eater for his birthday! home depot was out of the specific model that Dave wanted so i googled local echo dealers and found these guys! not only did they have the model he wanted, they also filed my 5 year warranty, and filled up the gas tank so they could start it before i left! Dave was so happy when i gave it to him. We are going to buy a Toro zero turn from them next!”
“Man!Been a long time since I went to Kraftco but since I needed hardware for a project this was the only hardware store in the city even though I passed on the way wannabe stores lol...I was met by a young brother who enlisted another young brother and we conversed about the proper approach, they were sooooo cool!Kraftco is the most unique hardware store in town and they literally have everything! “It's great having downtown hardware stores. The service here was excellent! Very helpful. The prices were reasonable. They were open on Saturday. Unfortunately the selection was limited, but we made do with what they had because I didn't want to drive all the way to the edge of town to get something.”

“Tanner and Dustin saved my family's road trip from Texas to Michigan. One of the straps to our roof top luggage carrier broke while pulling into hotel in Little Rock. Tanner helped me find a ratchet strap to serve as a replacement and Dustin came out to the parking lot and helped me install it. This Ace Hardware turned a high stress situation into a huge relief. Thank you for your A+ customer service.”
“Fast and efficient to get what you need. Have to use old fashioned email or phone calls to inquire with what you need.But still have to go there in person to make a purchase. No online ordering.”

“I've really got to start dating my reviewsUpdate: November 2023Not much has changed. Still have fairly good prices, very helpful and friendly staff. They have an old fashioned nut and bolt aisle, that you can find things here that you can't find at any of the big box stores that I've found. If you're looking for specialties, this is where to go.Only my second time going. Helpful staff, and better prices than the big stores (will just call them H & L). I won't say their selection is as wide as the big stores, but they have most everything needed at good prices. I will be a long-time customer of this place. I will be going back, as hardware & lumber needs arise. If this store is any indication, they got the commercial right "Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks".”

“Kevin is awesome ! I went here today to make a key for my new place, a lady in the painting department let me know the man in self check out would help me and call an assistance for me. I waited there well over 5 minutes and the man at self checkout was just starring at me. Then a Caucasian business man approached the key machine and immediately the man at self checkout asked him if he needed assistance and he’ll call an associate for him. I knew the man didn’t call one because i was there and still waiting . Eventually the nice businessman left. I was there left standing with no assistance for maybe 7 minutes all while he was watching me with his arms crossed. I then walked up to two nice associates (I’ll be able to describe them but don’t have a name ) and they let me know he had did a previous customer like that. They called the manager about 3 total times and eventually he came. Like i said Kevin is great, even shook his hand. On the other hand RICHARD is a prejudice man. He watched me the whole time Kevin was helping me , and i asked him how was he doing he ignored me . I then saw a black and Caucasian male customer standing in self check out, and he tried letting the Caucasian man go first, but the man let the black male go first and the man immediately got visually upset. I will pray for Richard . It’s 2023, I wish people would act like it. Richard , i will pray for you. With that attitude though, you won’t be there long. Do better! Thanks to Kevin and the 2 associates in the checkout on the left for making my day a little better.”
“I haven't been here in a while. It was not that busy. We actually just came from the big box competitor down the street, who didn't have what we were looking for. We found it here. I was kind of surprised. The lady who worked the register was very nice and looked up some info for us.”

“I purchased a over the stovetop microwave today and received such wonderful help from three of their awesome employees Roc, Shelby & Chris. From locating the last one in stock it wasn't on the floor to setting up installation and warranties as well as check out noticing a opportunity for an additional $30 savings to my purchase they absolutely were amazing”
