“Walking through this store is like being in a giant toy shop for people who love building and fixing things. They have absolutely everything from heavy-duty power tools to small pieces of hardware that are hard to find anywhere else. I was really impressed by how organized all the aisles are, making it super easy to find exactly what I needed for my project without wandering around forever. The staff members were friendly and knew their stuff, even helping me compare two different pressure washers to see which one was better. It is definitely my new favorite place to go when I need reliable gear that can handle tough jobs.”

“The person who stocks their plants knows their stuff. The plant section is a cut above most big box stores. They have about 40 linear feet of shelf space dedicated to Arkansas Diamond plants. Their prices beat most plant retailers.
They also had lots of good looking native perennial plants available today.

“This place has been around for years and it's no wonder why. I remember going to this hardware store with my grandpa when I was a little kid. Staff are always friendly and helpful and they always have a nice selection of items. Plus there's a certain amount of nostalgia in an old school hardware store. “I always visit Fuller first. Customer service is always excellent. I want to purchase from local businesses and so does the Fuller family. One of the Fuller brothers came in my retail store looking for a specific product for his travel trailer. I didn’t have exactly what he wanted and I suggested he shop on Amazon. He told me he’d rather buy locally so we ordered what he wanted and he returned and purchased. I was a loyal Fuller customer already…..I became even more loyal after that!”

“Let me start off my saying Jeason, the Hispanic guy at the sales counter has been the best to work with. I’m self contracting out my own home and ordering all my material for my framers. He’s been a super big help. Initially I started at ridout and the customer service was terrible, i had several things go wrong. I started to look elsewhere for material and walked into Kaufman and met Jeason. I’m on my 3rd order from him, he’s very consistant, reliable, and easy to work with. Friendly guy, if you’re needing lumber in central Arkansas I would look no further. He’s quick with quotes, even when I’ve been indecisive he has been very patient and helpful.”

It was difficult for me to understand what all pieces I needed in order to get the project done, so I though “I’ll go by a plumbing supply warehouse and ask those guys. They’re going to know what’s available and have some good ideas for how to get it done.”I spoke with Cory, showed him my project, and explained what I wanted to accomplish. He jumped in, thought hard about the pieces I needed, and spent a good 15 minutes with me bouncing ideas around and finding the parts that would make it all work.I was concerned that they might be a “contractor only” supply warehouse. They are not and they do cash sales to the public.At the end of the visit, I had everything I needed…most importantly I had the advice I needed to get the project done.Big thanks to Allied Supply and Cory for all the help!”
“Convenient, items in stock, clearance selections. My complaint is over the use of self checkout lanes over traditional cashiers. Coming into Lowe's you expect to buy items, sometimes large ones at that. Bring back real people!”
“Some of the best service I've had at Home Depot and strangely was right before close. Had just moved in to my house and the power hadn't been turned on so last minute went to Home Depot. Guy named LJ jumped in and took me to what I needed and was explained the options. Super proactive and helpful. The guy running the self-checkout was really friendly as well. I don't expected a ton at close from a place because there's a lot to do, but that was great even for just a normal time. Appreciate y'all!”

“Lowe's is definitely my go-to home improvement store to visit and the Loew's in west Little Rock doesn't disappoint. It's well-stocked and has generally helpful employees. I find the garden center good, too, though some items seem pricey to me, e.g., a pot of mint I bought today to plant in my garden.
I was all set to be offended that there were no cash registers open today with real people to check me out. Then the man sweeping around the self-checkout kiosks helped me and was so courteous and nice that I decided I'd ditch the feeling of being offended. All in all, a pleasant shopping experience at Lowe's today: I found what I needed, bought it without hassle, checked out quickly, and was on my way.”
