“Mr. Connors the location supervisor is absolutely amazing. In all my years living in Little Rock anytime I have had an issue with delivery for items I have been able to contact this location and Mr. Connors not only located the package but resolved my issue within hours. Today I had a package that was supposed to be delivered Sunday . I paid extra for the delivery as I am going on vacation today . Mr. Connor went above and beyond to locate my package and help me pick it up so I can have the much needed item. I so greatly appreciate this man because you usually do not receive such exemplary service. I suggest you guys promote him to Post Master General for the region because he deserves it. I have never experienced such a high level of professionalism when dealing with USPS as I have when I deal with him and this location specifically . Please use this location as a flag ship location to train all the others . Thank you again Mr. Connors much success.”

“I called yesterday as my stepfather's pain meds had not shown up and he has cancer. Aaron helped me on the phone. He took a 5minute walk to go to the back n look to see if it's scan just may have been skipped. He said call me back here at 4PM and I will make calls and see if I can see what's going on. It was showing it was never even received from Nashville yet n we r in Little Rock Arkansas. I ended up running all evening n by the time I remembered to call it was 5PM on the dot. I tell u what. It's 19:56:now n they were delivered to my mailbox n updates wrre available at 6AM when I woke up to check. He helped us out so much. And Ms. West who works there has been a total Saint helping me when sometimes a substitute carrier has had to step in n my meds got delivered to wrong address..there is on very similar in my neighborhood n they get my things sometimes. So she took her gas n time n went n got it n brought it to me. I had paid the extra extra to get it shipped fast to me. N one time it was left hidden in the truck it was hiding in there n they didn't find it til the carrier got back it was her one time who brought it to me n I believe gentleman w dreads who brought it when he had to go get it out of their mailbox n bring it to me. But accidents do happen n they have gone abov n beyond to help me. I'm glad to have them. Thank u so much Aaron, Ms. West, and gentlemen w the dreads???⭐???????”
“I am a full-time internet reseller, and I have been to a lot of post offices, and I can tell you without a doubt this is the best one in Central Arkansas. A guy named Brian is the reason. He is 100% amazing and scans all of my packages instantly and properly, and that helps me out so much with keeping buyers happy. I drive a little further just to deal with Brian and be sure everything is done right. Dude is a hard worker and knows his stuff inside and out. I think he's retired military, so he's very professional. If he ever retires I don't know what I will do. Haha!”

“I accidentally put a very important letter that was not ready to be mailed in the mailbox at the Maumelle Post Office by mistake over a weekend. I realized it later that night, so I called first thing Monday morning. I spoke with the manager about my dilemma and knowing how busy they are, felt bad asking for help. Needless to say, the manager was not only very polite and understanding, they were able to find the letter and get it back to me. I am very grateful and appreciate all they did to help us.”
