“Difficult to believe but on 1/11/2026 late at night, I was driving back from Bentonville, AR to Little Rock, AR. While driving suddenly BOTH of my headlights went out on the HWY. While driving with my day lights on only and we quickly looked up the closest O'Reilly's as I've always had good service with all the O'Reilly's store. Found this one within 6 min. of my drive from the HWY in Mayflower. I was in full panic attack mode since I was not familiar with Mayflower and only had very little lighting as it was around 7 PMish. Still so flustered, I didn't even get the manager's name, but I was so thankful for him and his team member. He had his team member looked up what I had purchased prior, he found the original headlights I purchased last year, the manager offered me better ones, but also noticed I had warranty on my past headlights and did a warranty for them. As I purchased these headlights not even a year ago. He also went ahead and changed my headlights. Saved me, my daughter and my friends from having a crisis on the highway. All I can say is that this place has hired really nice, honest and helpful team members. Thank you for saving us and for being so nice and helpful!”
