“I don’t get any of the 1 star complaints. I used to live an hour away and STILL drove here to drop my packages off. The staff is extremely pleasant to deal with, I used to have a P.O Box here as well. I just love it. I now live 10 mins away and can’t be any happier with their service and facility. The people who run the mail, same thing, extremely kind when I catch them by the mailbox. ❤️?”
“I accidentally put a very important letter that was not ready to be mailed in the mailbox at the Maumelle Post Office by mistake over a weekend. I realized it later that night, so I called first thing Monday morning. I spoke with the manager about my dilemma and knowing how busy they are, felt bad asking for help. Needless to say, the manager was not only very polite and understanding, they were able to find the letter and get it back to me. I am very grateful and appreciate all they did to help us.”

“Out of all the USPS stores I've been at. This location is by far more superb. The staff are not only friendly but they go beyond what they are paid for to help customers. The store is always clean and well maintained. They are definitely the Best. My favorite by far.”
