“The guys at 360 Auto are amazing—I pulled into one afternoon seeking advice as to how serious a problem with my car was. They were quite busy and it was obvious no one had the time to mess with me—but they took the time anyway. :) One gentleman spent 30 minutes out in the blazing heat to fix a critical problem that no doubt would have caused me to break down on my way home (100 miles away). When the gentleman finished I asked how much I owed told me not to worry about it, he was just happy to help. Wow.
Clearly these guys are more interested in helping people than fleecing them for money, which is a testament to their integrity. You don’t that in very many auto repair places these days. I was so immensely impressed with this place.
I believe this shop is a place you can trust, which is a rare find in this industry. I’d recommend them to anyone!”

“I searched for backing plates for my 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT. New was not an option as not made anymore. AA was referred to my by a local shop in Massachusetts. The service was great as they had a car that had exactly what I needed. I bought full rear suspension for parts with good backing plates, which were in almost New condition. The condition made it very easy to adapt to my car. Thanks to AA purchase was easy, professional and shipped with care. I highly recommend AA for used parts.”

“I was in North Little Rock for the annual Arkansas International Camp Meeting and upon getting in my van after loading a trailer with my luggage I notice the charging system light was on. I was hoping for the best case scenario and that it was my battery that was bad. It turned out that my alternator was only charging intermittently and at times wasn't even charging enough to run the test. I asked friends in the area who I could go to get it replaced. I was referred to Armature Exchange by one of the mechanics who was not able to get to me right away. They were able to get me in and on my way in around three hours and were very reasonable in the cost rebuild my alternator and labor. I am forever grateful for everything they did for me so I could get back on the road and on my way home to Central Missouri.”

“We have Dodge work trucks each with the 5.9L Cummins diesel engine. They are older and high mileage, but mostly highway miles. One truck began making a sound similar to a dentist drill which after some research I felt the turbocharger may need some service. I read the reviews and decided on Arkansas Turbo. It's one of the best decisions I ever made. We dropped the turbocharger off and they had it ready the next afternoon with all of the gaskets we needed for installation and it looked like new. After we installed the turbocharger and went for a test ride the truck ran better than it has in a long while. Evidently this should have been done a long time ago. I want to thank Robin, Lynn, and Brandon for the excellent job they did in helping us get back on the road. I highly recommend this company for any turbocharger needs you may have.”
