“10/10 experience at Carpet Barn. From the minute I walked in the door, my experience was better than any other tile place in the area (and believe me when I say I tried them all). Mike was friendly and helpful. HE actually picked out the tile I ended up choosing and after seeing a picture of my bathroom it was the FIRST tile he pulled. Still, I made him help me pick a few more and after weeks of staring at tile samples, I ended up going with the very first one he recommended. I could have saved myself a TON of time if I'd just trusted his expertise! He (and Ashlee) also helped me choose the right hardware and grout colors and it all looks FANTASTIC! They were both kind, patient, and fun.

Victor, the installer, did a terrific job. It's seamless and beautiful, and when I saw it finished, I cried and even gave him a hug! It only took him 4.5 days (three full days and 2 half days actually). He was quiet, efficient and clean! He and his helper cleaned the dust and mess and when they were gone it's like they weren't there. This is such a better and different experience than any other remodel work I have had done in the past!

The best and most important part of this experience was this: After I picked my tile & accoutrement and scheduled the date of install I was sent ONE quote that included the labor, the materials, everything. I paid half upfront and paid the other half after they made sure I was satisfied. They took care of EVERYTHING. They never asked me for more money for materials, never asked me for more time, never changed anything up on me, which has never happened when dealing with independent residential contractors. The fact that they did this one-stop-shop type deal is a big reason I chose them over the Tile Shop. I highly recommend the Carpet Barn in NLR! Ask for Mike, but if you get Ashlee you're in luck there too! You can't lose. ;)”
