“It could use some modernisation in the rooms but they are clean and pleasant. The staff are awesome here, so helpful, friendly, and professional. Breakfast is great. The men’s restroom needs attention (I will mention the mess in the toilet to reception as they are great and I’m sure it will be improved quickly) but one cubicle has a broken lock and another cannot be locked. The tissue dispensers are rusty old things. The restroom needs maintenance effort, a clean, and monitoring!!”

“Where can I begin?!? When they say it is your home away from home it is exactly that! Alaa , Tisha, Juanita , Christina, Antonio , Carole … everyone was absolutely amazing! Alaa (forgive me if spelling is wrong) but you went above and beyond for us during our stay and I literally miss you! If you are considering staying at this location you will not be disappointed! It is very clean , quiet , delicious breakfast daily, great location close to everything! In addition the staff is amazing!”

“This place exceeds expectations. The woman at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, the pool is heated, and the people are amazing. I really cannot recommend this place enough. The front desk staff really was the highlight though. You could tell she cared about her job. I can't recall her name but her title was Operations Manager.”
“Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at the Home 2 Suites in Little Rock, and I couldn't have been more impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked through the door. What's more, they were able to accommodate my request for an early check-in, which made my trip so much more convenient. “My hubby and I stayed here for work for two weeks, and loved it! Olivia, Tracy, Theresa, Maria, and the rest of the staff were fabulous. One night, there was a noise issue with a party in the room next to us, and it was firmly resolved.

“My dad and I are traveling from Atlanta back home to Southern California and we've been to quite a bit of these tru and home 2 suites this one so far is the best one we've been to on our trip the lobby is HUGE and the breakfast is great! “We’ve stayed here several times. Great location and nice parking lot for trailers. Some rooms are beautiful (especially the first floor). 4 th floor room was more worn but still very clean. No breakfast but nice kitchenette.”

“The shower had mold in it.The windows had dust and were dirty and smudgy with fingerprints all over them.The towels stink.The room itself when you first walk in stank.The shower head was also disgusting and had black stuff in it,and lastly the water never turned hot.AT ALL!”

“It is a two star hotel, so get real, but honestly, this was a great stay. I was able able to get a great rate on the same day. The room was very clean, and the location felt pretty safe. I see some people complaining about some silly stuff but if I'd recommend those people to look for the Sheraton or hotels with rates alike so that they can get to be extra picky and feel like full time divas. ??????️”
“It was a very nice experience. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. They were very welcoming and helpful. The shuttle service was great. The room was very clean and the amenities were nice. It was well maintained. The room had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable. I will be staying there again in the future if I should have the need for a nice hotel.”

“Night staff was great.... Location has a lot of food options to choose from. Rooms are nice which I'm speaking for #203. T.V has Netflix option which I find that very convenient. Room was clean bed was comfortable... If I'm in the area I would stay here again.”

“Location is the best thing about this hotel. It is clean and I noticed ny neighbor left ladder in back of truck. That let's me know it very safe which is expected located right across from NLR Police department. The only thing that I can say negative when We checked in I was told 1pm checkout that really impressed me. One could say it was simple miscommunication. When 11am came I found out the actual checkout I was very unhappy I found accommodation immediately.”

The room was recently refurbished and when the remote couldn’t be found( sadly possibly taken by the former client which they say is common) the gentleman brought me a new one with fresh batteries. “We live locally, but anytime there is a concert we try to stay closer to the venue, and this was an amazing little cottage right in the middle of downtown north little rock. Very unique design quite comfortable and amazing to be able to just walk to of the best restaurants in the area. Really like that I could park right in front.”
