“We have been using Walmart pharmacy in Pea Ridge since it opened. Great people work there. However, I want to recognize SHELLEY for going above and beyond. I couldn't pick up a medications because it was to late to be filled. I told her I would be back at 8am and wait. She also worked this morning and they had them ready at 8:00 am!! Thank you for remembering my husband and his after surgery medications. You are what is still right in this world! If anyone knows her please tell her how touched i was.”

“Walmart neighborhood Martz or small marks as I call them have been around for a long time. This one does a pretty good job. The fresh departments look good produce looked exceptional Dairy and the Maude Bakery look good everything in the store looked clean and fresh with a lot more selection than I expected but they have a very clientele so that accounts for some of that. Overall it looks good”
“Well stocked, clean store. Only complaint is the need to "prove I'm a member" upon entering, and "prove I didn't steal anything" upon exit. I get it, but it's such a detractor... I remember when we used to be able to shop here without needing a card - we just couldn't checkout.”
“I stop here pretty regularly to pick up my mother-in-law's medication. They're always helpful. The lines are usually short and they're accurate with their medications. I can't say anything more about them. They're the best”

“Yesterday was fine. But today.....! I came in Walmart. And there was the same man I saw and said hi to yesterday. And he said hi back yesterday. But today he discriminated me at Walmart. I brought chest rub Vicks yesterday. And today I was sending back to Walmart. And then he said I'm getting the manager. Because I opened it and used it once. And then he said manager. I said what.....! Then there was a customer next to me. And I said that same man is discriminating me. Because when I came in to Walmart. And smiled at him he put a mean face and he growled at me. And then I said please u got me wrong here. I'm not the bad guy here. And don't discriminating me. Because I don't know what people are doing to me. So at the register at customer service. That same man was hateful with me. But then came another Walmart associate. And she helped me. But I didn't get my sun glasses. Because that man broken my spirit. So I said forget about that. And got the chips and peanuts. So I got money back for the stuff I boy yesterday and was not satisfied with it. So I took it back to Walmart and the customer's always. Thank u. And yes I like Walmart. But I don't like what all this hate and rumor. So please don't discriminate unless you're living in my shoes. And would have more understanding why this is going on I got a hate group people that hate me people that are people that are following me they're attacking me by using devices on me and it's called electric harassment. If you was living in my shoes you would be depressed I tried police I've tried investigator but my phone is hacked they are hacking my phone when I want the proper help they go on the other other line of the phone and say a lot of accusations about me you know they must forget it it's sad what they're doing but there is a hell.”

Great store and great employees.
BUT this store is an internet black hole which makes it impossible to search items on the app to find which aisle it's in and impossible to use Walmart Pay. Sometimes, if I'm at the self check out RIGHT by the door, it works.”

“I have always gone to another pharmacy until I had a compound medication that I needed for my son, I just have to say the staff is beyond helpful they even called my Insurance to verify that the response they were receiving was indeed correct on a medication I needed as soon as possible. They explain the “why” a certain outcome is the way it is. They are so knowledgeable and if they don’t know the answer they will find it for you! One of the most impressive customer service places I have been and I usually hate waiting for prescriptions but I am super happy with their services so I thought I’d leave a review to encourage you to visit this location as well!!!”

“When a cancer diagnosis sets your head spinning with too many meds and procedures, the Highlands Pharmacy staff HELP! This knowledgeable staff is caring and patient(providing the caregiver & patient with info and support to maneuver through the maze of meds) This pharmacy is open to non Highlands Oncology patients. I highly recommend using their expertise.”
“This place is a bit addictive. Sam's Club is just fun to walk around, and so to have the card only makes it easier to get your bulk shopping done in one place! Sam's Credit Card offers a decent limit and I like the rewards program it offers! Those points add up quickly!”
“Excellent pharmacy. Unlike many other pharmacies, they are staffed adequately, and I rarely have to wait to pick up my prescription. I cannot believe all the time I spent waiting to pick up prescriptions from Walgreens in Bella Vista …. ridiculous.”
“Had to buy 20 bags of ice in a pinch and I didn't feel like going too far out of Bella Vista. Stopped by Walgreens to see if they even sold ice and was surprised to find they do! Only 5 bags were available in the freezer (which is completely understandable given the size of the store) but again I needed 20. As I pushed my shopping cart of 5 bags up to the register, the manager noticed me and asked if I needed any more. To my surprise not only did they have more, but he stopped what he was doing, got a large push cart, and loaded up the remaining 15 bags I needed. After I checked out, the manager brought the bags out to my car and helped me load them in the back- a full service Walgreens! All in all, I was very impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff. Thank you!”
“Ummm they seem to be out stuff constantly which is frustrating. There also seems to be home office people in the store constantly standing in groups which inconvenient when your trying to make a quick trip and they're isles.”
“Haha yes a pharmacy, why am I yelping about a pharmacy you ask? I tell you why, sometimes they do get behind thats normal. But they are always super friendly and always there to answer any questions. But they are not only a pharmacy, they have the best little gifts in there you could ask for. I even found toilet paper there last year when I couldn't get it anywhere else. Go inside and check the place out, you will be surprised of what all they got. Go now, pay them a visit, and bring me one of them little ice creams out of the freezer.”

“I don't usually get my prescriptions filled here but I did go to ask a pharmacist about finding melatonin for my son and they didn't have the Zarby's brand we had bought one other time. She pointed out a man stocking in the section and came out to ask him about what I was looking for and then they both proceeded to look for it on the shelf. When they couldn't find it they recommended a different brand and made sure I was satisfied with what we found. That is customer service that I haven't seen in this town in a while! I appreciate those two people immensely! I wish I would have got their names but what upstanding workers they have here!”
“I am not rating the Walmart pharmacy but instead the pharmacy associate that assisted me. She could tell that I was under duress and assisted me throughout my entire transaction. I don't know her name because I was not myself that day but if I have the opportunity to meet her again I will definitely let you all know her also!”
