“I am a frequent flyer at this specific Shell Station because of the people who manage and work here. I get a fair share of winning scratcher tickets, too! The hiring managers are awesome with their employees, and the turn over is not too crazy, so when you have a favorite attendant, you have a friend for a while. Great place, SUPER clean, and super perfectly textured ice. Bring your own cup and keep the price under $1 (.77).”

“Now don’t get me wrong I love this place because of the gizzards and the Boudin balls, however today I stopped by coming from a doctors appointment and my brother went in to get me something to eat. I wanted gizzards until he told me they had chicken dressing and other stuff I taste the dressing I don’t like sugar in my dressing and whoever made the sweet potatoes put a lot of salt in it. Salt y go in sweet potatoes. The dressing do not supposed to be that sweet but for the lemon pepper chicken it was good. I like my skin darker and tight so I put mine in the air fryer lol now the macaroni was good it need a little bit more moisture to it. Other than that my gizzards was amazing. There’s nothing wrong with constructive criticism, but I love stopping there.”

“I stopped by **Sacraren Q Store** late at night and had a really good experience thanks to the night shift guy working there. He was friendly, patient, and very helpful even though it was late. The store was clean, organized, and he made the whole visit quick and easy. It’s always nice to see someone working the night shift who still treats customers with such a positive attitude. Definitely appreciate the great service—keep up the good work!”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
