“Just popped in because I always have to take a peak in hot topic when there's one around.. My 12yo son and I just like to browse.. We were within 40 minutes of closing, and I know how frustrating that is for employees sometimes.. This girl that was working was such a sweetheart. Even hearing her interact with other customers in the store very enthusiastically - she just made my whole night. Great vibes, that girl. “I came in yesterday around 2 PM and there were two people working. The person at the register greeted me warmly and the other also said hello. I felt really welcomed considering that some other stores don’t have this kind of hospitality and when I was looking the wide selection I was really blown away from the amount of designs and color variety the store had. When I went to check out she rang me up for my things and she was very gentle while handling my clothes. At some other stores the people absolutely man handle my clothes so I was very appreciative of how gentle she was. I left with a very good impression of the store and will definitely be coming back!”

“Hollister isn’t really my favorite store, but my kids enjoy shopping there and always find clothes they like. The styles suit them well, and the customer service has been consistently good. Overall, it’s a pleasant experience for them, which makes it worth the visit.”
“Okay I have to HYPE THIS PLACE UP!! I had the best shopping experience I have ever had today. I walked in, both girls working asked me if I was shopping for anything specific, I told them I needed a few different types of outfits for a convention I’m going to in Vegas. These girls got to work! Within a minute they both walked over with several outfits that not only were my size, but colors that were flattering for me and my body type, and I left the store after just 15 mins with 4 perfect outfits! But wait, it gets better! An hour later after they had closed, I realized I had left my phone at the store and the assistant manager came back (after she was already home) to make sure I had my phone back! she didn’t have to do that but went out of her way on a Saturday night to help me out!

“Honestly, I’ve shopped here a bunch of times. I’ve never really had any issues. There was one day where there was a lady who was extremely rude to the guy I was working with and they decided to go ahead and help her move me to a different register and my online accounts are complicated due to the fact I have two rewards accounts one with my phone number and one with my email and for some reason, can’t get them merge to save my life. However, I ended up leaving and told them I’d be back to purchase my items since they seemed busy when I came back and purchased my items, the guy was working with gave me a $25 credit to the store. They have been nothing but professional and are always willing to work with me and I really appreciate the work that they do to make me feel great about the purchases that I make. Continue doing what you’re doing.”

“Went in about an hour and a half before close to find a pageant dress for my sister, since we live an hour away and couldn’t make it earlier. One of the staff members continuously approached the dressing rooms to remind us they were closing, and then the final time decided to add in that I was not allowed to be in the dressing room to help her try on the dresses. Each time she seemed obviously annoyed that we were still in the building within the last hour of business. The young lady that checked us out was very sweet, but her coworker was a different story!”
“Love Burlington, had lots of cute stuff and good prices compared anyhow. Hard to find stuff on the racks at times cause it gets trifled through so much but hey it's part of the hunt I guess. The hygiene section has good deals on top shelf products and sometimes you can find real cool kicks at half the cost. Love the sheet selection and the purses are a plenty too.”
